There are many ways to submit a work order. You can visit our front desk, call in the work order, or submit one online via their resident portal. All of these items will be thoroughly explained and discussed with you.

Of course! We have study rooms in the clubhouse in addition to our Tech Center that has free printing. Also, each bedroom comes with a desk and chair!

Conveniently located, The U apartments are near UC Davis and just a hop away from both downtown and campus. In fact, both are just a short bike ride away. You can also take the frequently running Unitrans A line bus which is just around the corner on 5th and Cantrill Drive. Or if you’re driving, you can rest assured knowing that there will always be a parking spot for you at The U. When class is over, it’s easy to head downtown to meet up with a friend or to grab a bite to eat on your way home.
